This work is commissioned by organisations and sits within a clear organisational context, while providing individuals with a confidential, reflective space to address real challenges at work , from leadership and decision-making to workload, confidence and change.

Leadership Coaching : Coaching for senior leaders, managers and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership capability, decision-making and impact, while developing sustainable ways of working.

1:1 Coaching for Employees: Individual coaching for employees navigating role transitions, performance pressure, change, confidence or communication challenges, supporting accountability, resilience and clarity in day-to-day work.
How we work together:
Workplace coaching is delivered with clear contracting, appropriate boundaries and a strong respect for confidentiality. Engagements are shaped to fit your organisational context and may include leadership coaching, employee coaching or tailored programmes, delivered online or in person (London / UK).
