About Me

Hello, and welcome. I’m Agata, an ACC ICF Professional Coach, a mum, and someone whose professional life has been shaped by movement, wellbeing, and continuous development. I work at the intersection of life and work, supporting people through change, transition, and complex decision-making.

My background spans multiple industries, corporate environments, and entrepreneurship. I’ve worked within hospitality, across sales, recruitment, and people development, and I’ve built and run my own business. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of responsibility, decision-making, and what it means to navigate change when real life is involved, including what it takes to step away from what is familiar to build something new.

Coaching has been the most logical way for me to build on my previous experience. I trained as a professional coach to support people navigating complexity, who need space to think clearly and decide well. I work primarily with mums and mid–senior professionals: people who are capable, reflective, and often at a point where old answers no longer fit. My role is to offer a structured and thoughtful way of working through change and making decisions that are aligned and sustainable.

Having navigated change myself across roles, identities, and professional paths, I see it as practical, ongoing, and possible, even when life is full and expectations are high. This is why my coaching focuses on clarity, grounded decision-making, and long-term sustainability, rather than quick fixes or reinvention.
