MY COACHING METHOD
My coaching method follows the guidelines of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organisation that sets standards and ethical guidelines for coaching professionals.
My approach is client-centred and goal-orientated, with a particular focus on the 'being' aspect. I specialise in well-being and transformational coaching and have experience in neurodiversity coaching.
